Our policy lasts 24 hours. If 24 hours have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund* or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged or broken. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on +91 88003 56081 within 24 hours.

- In case the product is damaged or defective or broken please send us a video of the product at the time of opening of the courier box.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 270, Tower S-3, Cloud 9, Vaishali, Ghaziabad, UP, 201010, India. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
